Return Eligibility

Returns or refunds are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or broken. To process your request, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the condition of the product upon arrival.

Return Timeframe

All claims must be made within 2 days from the delivery date. Requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted.
